Partner shop installations attract a installation charges to be paid directly to the partner.
Doorstep delivery is deemed self installation.
You can seek remote installation guidance over phone / whatsapp. Dial or whatsapp to fix up the time.
Shipping Policy –
Products ship within 3-5 working days from the date of order.
Standard shipping rates apply for Tents, Awnings and Other class of products. Plz note the standard shipping rates on your cart.
We ship Across the country through surface.
Warratee –
Warrantee is against the manufacturing defects notified within the warrantee period.
Standard warrantee on all Tent and Awning products one year.
Standard warrantee on all electrical products is six months.
Standard warrantee on all mercandizing and rest of the products is six months.
Extendable warrantee is availble on all products. Write to us at gavaoverland@gmail.com after reciept of your product to find out about availing the extended warrantee.
Warrantee is redeemable once with reference to the copy of the purchase invoice.
You may need to send the product to partner shop / company warehouse for repairs/replacement.
